CF cache not invalidated when article thumbnail is published

Jak vyvolat chybu: It sometimes happen, probably because the users see their articles with no thumbnail in the article browser. Maybe putting a condition there could solve the problem.

Chybné chování: The thumbnail of the published article is then fetched as error by cloudflare, no matter it does exist now

Předpokládané chování: The image won't display anywhere until it exists. It's probably not necessary to actually invalidate the CF cache.
