Time limit for editing comments

Předpokládané chování: The edit icon should be there for minutes. Add a test for this.

Note David: Unable to reproduce the problem. I only experienced it disappearing after being edited due the date being saved in timestamp and the timezone being set to America which leads to different time at server than on localhost. This can be problem with ICT.social however it is not a JS bug. Suggested solution - get current time from server. There is a test for that but to test this particular case it would require different setting for Web Server which is unable to do with the Selenium.
